ABSTRACT 

This study examines the implementation of inclusive and resilient tourism governance in geopark areas through a multi-stakeholder approach. Applying the SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) framework, data were collected via focus group discussions and interviews involving producers, distributors, consumers, and policy actors within the Rinjani-Lombok UNESCO Global Geopark, Indonesia. The findings reveal that each stakeholder group contributes in a complementary manner: producers foster local innovation, distributors enhance coordination and branding, consumers advocate for responsible travel, and policy actors integrate local wisdom into governance structures. The collective aspirations emphasize sustainability, cultural preservation, and fair development. This study provides actionable guidance for destination planning, illustrating how collaborative governance can support both ecological sustainability and community empowerment. These insights are especially valuable for regions rich in cultural heritage and biodiversity aiming to embed resilience in their sustainable tourism strategies.
