ABSTRACT
Jopuro Tourism is a natural bathing area in Rejopuro Hamlet, Kampung Anyar Village, Glagah District, Banyuwangi, which is quite iconic because it combines natural and artificial landscapes. This Jopuro tourist destination can be said to be very interesting and has its own appeal compared to other tourist attractions. One of the characteristics of this tourist spot is the abundant fresh water source originating from a local spring. This tourist attraction has a spring called Sumber Kajar. This study aims to describe and analyze Community-Centered Collaborative Governance in Jopuro Tourism, Kampung Anyar Glagah, Dusun Rejopuro, Banyuwangi Regency.The focus of this study is: 1) Local community participation in managing Jopuro tourism; 2) Supervision to create sustainable tourism; and 3) Results or benefits obtained by local communities. The results of the research are as follows. 1) Local community participation in managing Jopuro tourism. Community participation in managing and developing Jopuro Tourism is active in various groups, namely: Pokdarwis and Karang Taruna as tourism managers as well as managing ticket revenue and tire rentals, MSMEs ± 20 permanent stands, parking lot providers and development of other spots such as: Flying Fox. Indeed, if seen from the development of the spot, there is still a lack of play areas, instagrammable photo spots are still minimal. 2) Supervision to create sustainable tourism. With the presence of Dragonflies of various colors and types in Jopuro Tourism, it can also be a natural tourist attraction as well as an educational attraction, especially Dragonflies. So Jopuro has a uniqueness that is not owned by other tourist attractions in other villages. Meanwhile, there is already cultural preservation in the Jopuro tourism area, namely at the entrance of Gedongan art played by the elderly and specifically on the 12th of Dzulhijjah, the local community holds the Ithuk-ithukan tradition as a form of spring conservation. However, in the future, other festivals can be developed that can become icons of Jopuro Tourism. Environmentally friendly infrastructure management is also key to sustainable tourism.
