Manuscripts must utilize the official template, employ a citation manager, and undergo professional proofreading. While international authors are exempt, domestic contributors must provide verifiable affiliations via Google Scholar and PDDIKTI. Every submission is evaluated for scientific merit and novelty.

Plagiarism Policy The journal maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding plagiarism. Manuscripts are screened using Turnitin, with a maximum allowable similarity index of 25%. Authors are strongly encouraged to conduct their own similarity checks prior to submission.

Peer Review and Selection Each manuscript undergoes a double-blind peer review by at least two subject-matter experts. Final acceptance is determined by the Editors based on reviewer feedback. The Editor-in-Chief oversees the final publication sequence, prioritizing acceptance dates, geographic diversity, and thematic relevance.
